The firm has invested circa $570 million across 15 trusts and funds since our inception in 2008.

Northbridge, Western Australia

William Square is a Commonwealth Government and State Government tenanted office building located in a gentrifying area with improving amenity. Since acquisition the building has undergone c.$62m in refurbishments invested by owner and tenants, turning the once lacklustre building into a Northbridge Landmark


West Perth, Western Australia

The asset comprises a substantial and prominent five level office building on Kings Park Road in the West Perth office precinct. Warrington is actively managing a reposition and re-leasing of the asset.


West Perth, Western Australia

A well located and configured multi tenanted West Perth office building bought from a mortgagee in possession. Warrington leased up c.65% of the building that became vacant during a market downturn, and used a heritage preservation process to negotiate a plot ratio bonus for development of additional NLA on the rooftop.
